DAVID GAMLEN
DIRECTOR
Dave is a result’s orientated construction professional with 30 years of expertise in commercial construction. Prior to the establishment of Modcon, Dave spent 15 years working for a major national contractor, the last 10 as Manager of its South Island branch. He brings extensive knowledge around all aspects of a project including risk and programme management. Dave has a comprehensive range of skills covering all aspects of design, management and contracting both in the South Island and nationally. Dave can add value to any stage of the construction process.
BEN PRITCHARD

Ben is a highly skilled professional in the construction industry, Ben has been a quantity surveyor with twenty three years’ experience, fifteen years of those have been spent in Canterbury. Ben’s experience ranges across large commercial, hospitality, civil construction, residential and earthquake recovery. Ben was educated in the United Kingdom and holds a post graduate qualification in Construction law, BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. Ben has an advanced skill level in many software packages relating to construction including Planswift, Jobpac financial software and a range of quantity surveying platforms. Ben is a skilled communicator.
BEN MICHEL
DIRECTOR
Ben has been working in the construction industry for over 17 years. He has a wide range of experience working on a variety of projects within the commercial and residential sectors ranging from Commercial Warehouses and Retail Spaces, Community Facilities, Supermarkets (including fitout), shop fit outs, Schools and refurbishments to existing properties. Ben actively promotes open lines of communication throughout the entire construction process. He has extensive skills in Programming, Resourcing and Budget Management. Ben will also ensure the Health and Safety and Quality Assurance is being achieved on site.
