Modcon Projects Limited is a Christchurch, based construction company that operates in the local market. We also operate throughout the South Island for key clients.

Our experience of the local subcontract market and supply chain ensures that client risk is minimised. Client opportunities are created through a strong tendering ethos and our ability to prequalify our subcontract resource. This ensures that only the best resources meet our internal KPI’s.
